Natalie personalized all training for each person to meet and address their needs. I have fibromyalgia and she has helped me so much to learn how to move to minimize pain. I know that she requires anyone working there to make sure they understand the client's needs and develops the workout to help them. Overall the staff is supportive, fun, and you simply feel good when you are there. The best place I have ever worked out!
