Review content:
I have been going to Trilogy for over a year now and have had a super experience. I have attended multiple types of classes, mat work, reformer, and kick boxing. In all cases, the instructors have always gone out of their way to make sure I have the best experience possible. I have done reformer and mat work before, but I feel like I have made the most progress at Trilogy. As for the kick boxing, I was hesitant but the instructors made me feel comfortable and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend Trilogy to my friends.
