Review content:
I got a sales call at the end of November, 2011, to purchase a once-a-month additive for slow drains. I told the person I wasn't interested, but he said he'd send it to me and I'd only have to pay if I was satisfied. So I tried it. I got a call back in December and explained I wasn't satisfied with it, and the caller encouraged me to try it again. In January, I got a call again, and again I explained it did nothing. This time she did some research and called me back to tell me to pour undiluted solvent into the drains for an overnight treatment. I called them a few days later and explained that, at best, it performed as well as a $15 bottle of Drano, so rather than paying their $129 bill, I'd be willing to pay them $30 and return the unused portion for their courtesy in sending it to me.
This is when those nice people on the phone turned nasty and threatening. First the man, who said he was the manager, laughed at me and told me I had to pay the full amount or they were going to get their collection department after me. He explained, for the first time, that the trial was only for 30 days, and I should have told them in December that I didn't want it. He hung up on me.
They continue to call me a few times a week threatening to send my bill to a collection agency. I tell them everytime to do so or take me to court so we can work it out because I'm never paying $129 for this scheme. They usually hang up on me, but always call again to harrass me. They also send me bills a few times a week, threatening to send my account to their legal department.
