Pick another store. There's plenty around. To make a story short, went to Verizon to order two phones, they promised that the one would get shipped out to my mom. Did it happen? No. It sat there for four days...no one noticed and apparently no one cared enough to check or follow up. Spent four hours on the phone with corporate last night. They couldn't even figure out what the store had done because they didn't put it in the computer. They called the manager on call last night. He was rude, had an altercation with one of the supervisor's at corporate so they are filing a complaint against him. He was unpleasant to me, his customer. He could care less since it was 8:00 and he was closing the store. Management admitted fault and shipped the phone overnight today after I kept following up. Unbelievable is all I can say. It makes you wonder if they tell you just about anything to get commission. Do it online or go to another store.
