This is an amazing school. I have been studying here since 2006. From day one, you learn self defense techniques to protect yourself and/or get away from an attacker. I immediately started to gain confidence in myself and my abilities. Comfortable family environment. Upfront about cost, just call to arrange a free class. Great value for unlimited classes and flat monthly fee. NO CONTRACTS REQUIRED! You learn multiple martial arts at one school, so you get the best of everything. The instructors are not militaristic or shaming. They encourage you to keep going even when it is hard. Sensei teaches us to be kind to each other, so you will have friends of all ages!
