Awful! I arrived 5 minutes early for my waxing appointment and was told to wait in the chairs out in the middle of the mall - I would be called when the person arrived for work. I waited 20 minutes and no one came to get me. I went back in to tell them I was leaving and they were all of a sudden ready for me (they forgot I was waiting) - strange because one of the receptionists that was there when I checked in sat in the chairs next to me and talked on her cell phone the whole time I was waiting. I was taken to a room no bigger than a closet, no exaggeration, the table was up against a wall, so she had to lean over me to wax my other underarm. Totally sketchy and I'll never go back.
