they were horrible i deployed to iraq. i turned in a copy of my orders and a full month's rent even though i stayed only 12 days. they sent the final bill to my brother and tried to take another month's rent and then tack on extra charges to the bill. maintence doesn't exist if you want anything fixed do it yourself and keep records or they will charge you for it.
Pros: cheap, day staff was ok just had to get there before 3pm cuz no help after
Cons: run down, parking is inadequate at times
