Review content:
I had heard from many people that kings lane never gives deposits back...but I still had faith that people still do the right things. Boy was I wrong, I lived there a whole year and paid full price of 580.00 a month and when I left I was complimented on how clean the place was left and I cleaned the carpets till they looked new. I did everything by the book and they still say ...I... owe them and to please remit it immediately or they will have to turn it into the collection agency for a lousy 37.00. Well I will pay that as soon as I get my 300.00 deposit back!!!!!!
Cons: They find ways to cheat people out of the deposits
