I purchased a dog from the owner Bob Austin who claimed to be a former Police K-9 handler. I had to return the first dog because he did not perform as he was advertised and he had several health issues. I paid $3500.00 for that dog and was given a dog in exchange who was supposed to be a protection trained dog like the first. The second dog was worse than the first and did nothing that I was told he was going to do (personal protection). I contacted Bob Austin again and he refused to re-train the dog or refund my money and then spent a great deal of time avoiding me. I spoke with his trainers and was told that Austin gets dogs from animal shelters, promotes them as trained dogs and sells them for large amounts of money. Austin is a liar and accodring to his trainers, traines the dogs enough to put on a show when the buyer meets the dog. I was also told that Austin had lied to several Police departments when selling Police K-9 dogs as to the dogs training. I would never buy a dog from this man or from this business (K-9 world of dogs in Petersburg Michigan) I took the second dog to a professional trainer and was told that my dog was not trained in protection and was only given enough training to put on a show for a buyer but was not a true protection trained dog. PLEASE,PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy a dog from this man or this company.
