It's nice to go to Kate's early on Sunday mornings in the Summer, you have to wait in a long line most the time, so in the Winter it's cold. When you get in the door you can sit as soon as a table opens. There is no smoking inside & that is GREAT!They have great cinnamon french toast, made with homemade bread. Their pies sell quickly, as most of the baked goods. Their hours are 6am-2pm. I do not like the biscuits they taste like baking soda.I also do not like the hashbrowns, they taste like they are boiled before fried.(yuck)I wish they would change those two items. I usually do not eat Lemon Meringue pie, but their's is very good.
Pros: No Smoking, Homemade Baked Goods, Friendly Staff
Cons: Bad Tasting Biscuits, Long Wait, Limited Seating
