Review content:
With today ecomonic's you would think that smaller business's would be more consumer friendly. The competition for a consumer's money is hard pressed. But unfortunately Lamia and Lamia has a different view. Trying to make an appointment is very difficult unless you have a ""Soccer mom"" schedule meaning that if you work normal hours forget getting into the Salon. When you call you feel that they are doing you a favor to see you and you need to be flexible to THEIR schedules. Although talented they may be, I would think in today's business enviroment they would more business minded. Although most of the stylist are very talented, the last time I was there they added a ""Jewelry"" area . So it appears that they are looking to make money in different ways. Perhaps the best solution is to have stylists on staff who are available for the ""working "" peoples schedules, that may solve the problem. Unfortunately I am now forced to take my normal $225.00 for a color and cut somewhere else. Too bad, because overall the salon is good but I can't wait until some one decides to be available to service the customer.
