I will say I was impressed with the selection of Bridesmaids dresses at Elegant Impressions, however not thrilled with the customer service. I had a large bridal party (15 girls). I'd say they measured more than half of my girls for dresses that were twice their size. Once the dresses came in and they were ALL too big, they were rude to many of the girls and acted as if it were an inconvience to schedule their appointments for alterations. In the end, the dresses ended up turning out great & looked wonderful on my girls...It was just a bother having to hear from my bridal party about how rudely they were treated!
