I am totally dissapointed with the service provided by Floor Expo, Plano. I got wood fllooring done in couple of rooms at my home. I signed a contract to purchase wood with the installation. I don't particularly like the quarter rounds, so i requested to have the base boards removed and then put back. I agreed to purchase new baseboards if necessary. The sales person (C. B) agreed to this and i made sure she put it on the contract.
