I was at Floor Expo two days ago and tried to find a match for the hardwood floor I currently have in my house. The owner of Floor Expo was very helpful and able to find a close match for the sample I brought. He even asked whether I still have the box of the hardwood and can help me to find it. Two days later I was back to the store and had the product name and product number with me. The owner called me back in 10 minutes and found the hardwood I need. Can't asked for better service for it. Called few other floor companies and visited few big one and they didn't even offer to help me to find the hardwood I need.
