Worst contractor experience I've ever had. When the contractor did show up he was 4 hours late most of the time. I took off work for a day to be there during the installation, the contractor didn't show up until 4 p.m. and had the wrong materials with him. It took me a total of 3 weeks to get the installation started and finished. I spent over $4000 with Floor Expo and when I had problems with the sale associate and the quality of the installation the owner of this business wouldn't even return my calls to discuss it. It took me over 4 weeks to get some of the tile that was installed wrong fixed. When the workers didn't show up and I talked to the supervisor he basically said in so many words that he couldn't control if they showed up or not. The company uses third party contractors to do their installations and they run several jobs at a time. That's the reason why they would only show up for half a day at a time or not at all. Would never use them again, and they lost the rest of my business for carpet and wood floors.
