Review content:
The first time around 6 years ago I had good experience when they installed carpet and tiles in my house. This year I went there to get tiles for get my shower area retiled. I ordered tiles but when I brought them home the tiles didn't look good in combination with floor tiles so I decided to return. When I went back to the store the first thing ""oh no, we don't take returns"". After spending few minutes arguing the sales rep realized I was repeat customer so she called owner who blatantly refused ""nope, can't return"". Few minutes of arguing owner said you can only return if the return is within 15 days of ordering (as per instructions on receipt). Luckily the return was within 15 days. I was then told that I will get refunded after 35% deduction and I should wait out 1-2 credit card billing cycles. I waited for the 2 billing cycles and then called their office they said ""oh we are waiting on the tile company to take the tile back then we will refund your money"" (this is not written on the receipt). After few weeks of calling they now bluntly refused to return a single penny!
