I purchased a catedral security door from this company and was very dissappointed in the service that I received. The installation was half done for over 4 mos while the manager was ""ordering"" the glass that was to be put in the door. Once it arrived it did not fit. The manager started avoiding my calls for the next 2 mos and never did replace the glass in the door. Once I complained to another person at the store and they sent a guy over to place ""plexi-glass"" in the door (not the tempered glass that I paid for) and that was the last that I ever heard from anyone at Detroit Security Door. I tried to patronize a Detroit business and got burned badly. Please do not trust this company and if you make a purchase be sure that ALL merchandise is properly installed and to your satisfaction before paying any monies beyond the deposit. That was my mistake!
