Just got home from one of the worst Maine seafood restaurants (tourist trap, big ripoff) in Maine and felt compelled to write this review. Bottom line for those looking to enjoy a nice evening with good food, good service - this is not the place. The service was terrible from the beginning when our waitress basically threw a lemon wedge at my father in -law because she was put out because she forget to bring it in his drink when first ordered it. We ordered what was advertised as ""Almost 2 lbs"" of Steamers but what we recevied looked like 1 lb, maybe a litle more at best. We told the waitress the order did not appear to be anywhere near the 2 lbs of steamers we were expecting. All we received was a lot of back talk and excuses - NO CONCERN FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMER whatsover. Because we had questioned the size of fhe order, we were treated as if we were criminals and 2nd class citizens - even after we spoke with the owner. In fact, the owner was so arrogant, she recommended we go to one of there competitors! All we were looking for was some kind of acknowledgement and display for concern, but all we received was total grief. We wil not be patronizing this establishment in the future. There are far better places to spend your hard earned money. Also, I plan on not recommending this to the hundreds of people I interact with on a daily basis in Kennebunk, as I am a summer resident have zero tolerance for being taking advantage of. Boy, do I feel good writing this!
