I have NEVER experience dining of this magnitude, it was the WORST I've ever encountered. We arrived at 11:45 and weren't served the cold portions of food until 1:00 pm. Not only was the waitress lacking in ability, the male acting as manager was lacking even more in concern. The food was awful; cold portions of dried-out non-eatable morsels such as the Caribbean chicken which was served cold, hard & undressed (without the fruit topping), the baked potato also cold, dried out & without the requested butter and sour cream. Although the drably chicken was sent back, the unconcerned manager had someone toss it in the micro wave and re-serve it same as before but a bit more rubbish and still without the fruit topping. There is not enough time (or room) to provide complete details of the entire disastrous lunch, but I will add, an apology wasnt even offered.
