Three years ago I had severe migraines, and I had found no relief from any traditional medical doctor. I was recommended to Alive & Well my a friend of my mother's, and figured I had nothing to lose by giving it a try. My migraines improved drastically, and now, three years later I am almost migraine-free. I've also found the nutritonal program to be a huge help. I don't think I would live the healthy and active lifestyle I do if I hadn't come here three years ago. My entire family goes now!
