Before I begin my review, I'm comment on the last review posted by Bouga99. I don't think Bouga99 read the guidelines. They say ""Play Fair. If you had a bad night, then review your evening and then go to bed. Don't insult other reviewers! To say that all the other reviews must be from employees is the dumbest thing that I have ever read. Why? Just because Bouga99 didn't have the perfect evening? Sounds like Bouga99 has an agenda. Why would one less-than-perfect experience into an assault on anyone else who has reviewed this restaurant? If I sound defensive, that's because I've been back twice since my first visit on 01-28-09, and Zaidis has been the picture of great food, great service and great ambiance. Remember something else: This place hasn't even been open for four months. If everything is not 5-star perfect, how about going a little easier, and then try it again?
Pros: Incredible food served by people who want you to enjoy
