The ultimate bagel can be found here. Seriously.., the way they should be as they are the consistency of exactly what a NY bagel should be! Perfect dough, boiled in salty water to perfection, then baked so perfectly that they are crunchy on the bottom and chewy on the inside. Not too large, like Essa (which are ridiculous). Just the perfect size. MMMMMmmmmm!!!
