My work requires long hours of computer time. Sitting down all day puts a tremendous pressure on my lower back and causes an acute pain in my shoulder. When I went to see Dr.Arndt, I was a real mess. He started me on a therapy program and showed me what I can do during the day to prevent the pain from coming back. After my first visit I received a phone call from Dr. Arndt personally asking me how I felt and made sure that I was feeling better. All I can say is that his adjustments were and remain extremely effective. His therapy truly provides me with great relief and his help has improved my posture, increased my productivity and positively affected my overall health. In my opinion, Dr. Arndt is very knowledgeable, compassionate and his technique is so gentle. If you follow up and stick to the program he prescribes you, you will see wonderful results. He is an honest and excellent chiropractor and always has the patient's best interest and health at heart.
