Today was the fourth time taking my quilter back to the shop for the same problem. These people have never been trained to fix these machines. No one can open up the quilter, determine the problem, and then fix it. The owner is never there. I was told that she has no set hours. Comes and goes at any time. What kind of an owner is this? I am at my wits end with this machine and the Pfaff. Should never have bought a Pfaff and never bought from Sew Unique. I can't even find out where the USA headquarters is so I can write to them about my frustration and the non-caring attitude from this dealer. Everyone keeps saying my problem is the tension but now one knows how to resolve the problem. They just keep telling me ""bring it in and we will sew, sew, sew on the machine"". How in the heck is that suppose to fix anything? I am really, really angry. Angry enough to obtain a lawyer. Does anyone out there know where I can take my machine to get it fixed correctly and efficiently? Pros: one decent employee Cons: where to begin
