This place beats the national medical supply chains hands down. I've gone to 4 places for C-pap supplies over the past 10 years; this is the only one where I received consistent, knowledgeable advice on what equipment's best for _me_ as both a C-pap user and in view of my healthcare benefits.
The owner is a mom-and-pop is an independent whose ""niche"" is personalized service. This is the equivalent of a neighborhood hardware service (True Value, Ace) rather than a Big Box (Home Depot). The former you go to for knowledge; the latter you go for things you already know about.
Ask for advice on your healthcare benefits and you get it in a flash. Bill's your health care co. first, and only then you (if at all). Also EXCELLENT for keeping thorough customer records. I can never keep track of what items I'm eligible for and when. I just call the owner up and he tells me--usually by heart since he's good and remembering you by name and policy.
Most material is in-stock; if an order is needed it's available within 1-2 business days.
