Tim was on time and professional. His estimate was what he charged, even though it was a bigger job than anticipated. He pulled carpet back, replaced soiled padding, treated concrete and carpet with enzyme, replaced the tack strips. He washed the back of the carpet, relaid the carpet, and washed the top as well. It is beautiful and I can't smell a thing!!! We are thrilled!
