Review content:
They refuse to turn over medical records after four demands *and* a visit from attorneys because they haven't been paid the full amt of the bill. They hang up on whoever calls to ask for the records, lie about where they are located, tell you to call 4 different people, none of whom will speak to you unless you give them money. This is completely illegal, as a patient has an absolute right their medical files. I was personally lied to by 2 different employees (Jimmy and Richard). They have gone to extraordinary lengths to not turn over these records. *DO NOT GO TO THEM IF YOU THINK YOU WILL EVER WANT COPIES OF YOUR RECORDS.*
