I ordered an item two weeks in advance of when I needed it. A week later, after not receiving any shipping updates I emailed the store and requested information regarding my item...they returned my email saying it was on its way and that I would ""definitely have the item by the date"" I needed it to arrive by, and they would send me a follow-up email with tracking numbers. A few days later, and three days before my event I again emailed them asking for the tracking numbers that they said they would send. I then received an email saying ""We're sorry for the inconvenience but your item is out of stock and unavailable."" !!!!!!!! I had no time to order this item from anywhere else, was extremely unhappy, and did not like the way they handle business. VERY BAD!
Pros: offer many items on website
Cons: terrible customer service, sells out-of-stock items
