I went to her office because I used to listen to her talk show on radio Bolsa. She was really super nice when I met her for the first time, but after I paid everything, I tried to call her and her offices so many times, but no one bothered to return my calls. I also emailed, but no emails back from them. One day, I called again, and a new girl working there picked up the phone and I said it was an urgent matter and I needed to talk to my lawyer, then finally, I was able to talk to her, but she didn?t even finish answer all my questions, then hung up the phone on me. omg, it was a really bad customer service that I never expected from her. I could have used the services from others, but since we are Vietnamese and I wanted to use our services, but I was so very disappointed.
