Review content:
Chili's is a longtime favorite hangout for students at Cal State Northridge (the school is just around the corner). The food is pretty good--basic college staples like burgers and nachos (mmm ... yummy nachos!). The services is inconsistent, but usually good. It's not the place for a quiet dinner, though and while the prices are reasonable, they're not super cheap.
