Look, I never get on line to write a review.
1) SERVICE SUCKS
2) THE STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL
3) PACK YOUR LUNCH AND GO AHEAD AND TAKE A PICNIC INSIDE THE STORE B/C YOU WILL BE WAITING A LONG TIME FOR SERVICE
4) MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ITEM BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE B/C THE STAFF THERE IS INCOMPETANT AND WILL PROBABLY GIVE YOU THE WRONG ITEM
5) THE PRICES ARE MUCH HIGHER
6) IF THE PHONE RINGS AND YOUR SERVICE PERSON TAKES THE CALL BE PREPARED TO WAIT 15 MINUTES BEFORE BEING HELPED AGAIN
7) THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
This store sucks so bad I signed up just to leave my comments. First of all the service here absolutely sucks. I stood next to the counter for about 15 minutes before any of the staff even acknowledged I was there and asked me if I needed help. The first guy told me he would be right with me and then the phone rang and he decided to spend 15 minutes on the phone when I was a customer standing right in front of him. Finally another person on the staff told me he would help me. The guy seemed like he was on some sort of muscle relaxer. I looked at some of the firearms and then he got on the phone to answer a customer who was calling. He kept giving me the ?one finger up? I?ll be back with you in a second. Yeah right, 15 minutes later he finally got off the phone. I decided to just get a magazine for one of my pistols. When I got home it wasn?t even the right magazine. I thought I was done with that store and it gets worse! I had to deal with the same damn thing with the staff taking a phone call instead of working with a customer right in front of them. Just to return the one item it took me 40 minutes. The right magazine ended up costing $10 more and I asked him to discount it since I drove 30 minutes to get there. He looked at me and said, ?why would I do that and not make any money on this item?? Well dumb ass maybe because you just lost a customer and I?ll never shop there again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!
