Can you imagine setting up a new dsl line for your office and then getting hell in trying to pay the bill and being accused of not being who you say you are. That is what happened to me. I went to this location to pay my dsl line and the horrible girl wouldn't give me any information about my account. she wouldn't even tell me how much I owed because the dsl line is in my partners name. I wanted to scream and I did. The lease to the company is in my name and i couldn't pay my god damn dsl line. Yes they were happy to take my money but couldn't even tell me if I was giving them enough money or if I was even a dollar off. I demanded to speak to a manager. ""we have had wives trying to get information about their husbands account"" the black bimbo said. I screamed again ""This is not a domestic issue! I want to pay my bill so the line does not get disconnected"". I really hope the higher ups read this. I hate being treated like a criminal just because I want to pay my dsl bill. the mother fuc*&ers. VERIZON SUCKS! thYe even have this horrible service called bill matrix that charges you 3.00 extra to pay your bill Via telephone and that stupid service CANT tell you how much you need to pay so if you don't know you have to guess. VERIZON IS A WHORE AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS LOCATION ARE STUPIDIO. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE S-H -I-T. THEY LEAVE YOU BAD REVIEWS ON STUPID WEBSITES LIKE CITISEARCH
