I have to admit I was a little nervous about having to shop for an adult toy for a dear friend of mine who specifically asked for something called a ""jackrabbit"" for her 40th birthday! I probably could've gone online but was pressed for time and pass this adult fantasy store everyday on my way to and from work so I finally decided to stop in and was immediately impressed when I walked in and was greeted by a female clerk who was smiling and seemed genuinely happy to work there. She allowed me a few minutes to take in the store's layout and inventory (which was far more than I ever knew existed!), then while chatting with another customer she turned to me and said, ""please let me know if you'd like help with anything or have any questions"" and I began to think maybe this isn't going to be so bad afterall. After another 5 minutes I began to feel a bit overwhelmed by the huge selection of adult toys this store had to offer so I did ask the clerk to help me and she gave me her full attention right away. I told her what my friend had asked for and she smiled again and said ""oh yes those are extremely popular, and there's alot of variations so let me show you some of our best sellers."" This girl really knew the product she was selling and made me feel completely comfortable while she explained the whole jackrabbit concept and even put batteries in several different ones to show me how they worked to make the best choice for my friend. Once I made my choice she happily removed the price tag, wrapped it in hot pink tissue paper and put it in a gift bag for me. When she thanked me and said ""come see us again real soon sweetie"" it felt really genuine and on the drive home I kept thinking, wow that was a surprisingly pleasant experience!
