I have been here a few times for birthday parties and the staff have always been rude - grunting a reply to a request and never asking if I needed anything I always had to flag one down. I never was asked how my meal was I was simply handed the check with no comment. Another poster commented about it being dirty and I have to agree that the carpet was not something I wanted to touch. The cooks have always been nice and put up a good show. I have yet to have a nice waitress. They seem like they are mad all the time. I have been made to wait needlessly despite having a reservation as they wanted to fit 2 more people onto the table. with a party of 8 this seems rather greedy especially since they were not nearly full. The food was good but the meat was flavorless without the sauces which I am positive have MSG in them. While better than Kobe Steak House it is not high quality and the managment does not make much effort to see you are waited on by nice waiters. Jo-To's is better.
