Review content:
I just visited Arigatos last friday and had an amazing dinner. There was one major downfall though. Our Waitress Jess (who was in a very sour mood already) had dropped our birthday cake that we had brought ourselves for the birthday girl. A table across from us as well as a few of the girls at our table had watched it happen. The manager Lawny had helped her with it and neither one had even said anything as they cut into the cake and served each of us. After being told by one of the people at our table, I was APPALLED. What kind of establishment drops a cake and forgets to mention it! I pulled the manager aside and expressed my disappointment, he took 15% off of all of our checks, but still stuck to his story that he had no idea. I kindly showed him the cake that was splattered on the floor as well as took a picture to show to someone higher up. Other than that our chef Thai was amazing and the food was delicious. I usually always eat at Kobe's right down the street and thats where i will continue to go. Especially if it's a birthday dinner.
