Review content:
We used to use Pine Tree Amusements, and it's owner Chip Carson, for our business game room. Used to be good outfit but now games broken a lot and not getting fixed or replaced. Promises new equipment or repair guy, but never shows up. They don't answer phone and won't return phone calls. I have room full of broken games and cant get them to fix them, replace them or remove them. On rare occasion they do show up, it's scruffy looking guy with cig hanging out of this mouth and his 7 year old kid in tow. He pokes around for awhile then he leaves and nothing is any different, same things are broken. Strongly suggest using another service, with this outfit you will NOT get what is agreed on, you will NOT get the service they tell you and you will NOT get the equipment they promise to bring. Be very carefull !!!!
