OK, where should I start... I found a floor plan I like so I went to see this place. They had one available for my move-in date, so we have agreed. I have specifically requested to be on 1st floor (off the ground) and they have confirmed. Upon my moving date I have signed the lease and moved my moving truck to my new apartment... ""WAIT A MINUTE, THIS IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR!!!"". So I went back, and she said no, that is what we have agreed on. I refused to move in on ground floor so I got 3 sets of keys to different apartments available to move in like NOW! With tears in my eyes, I had to just take what was left and move in. On top of it, I have rented a separate garage for my motorcycle, and guess what? Agreed rent $85/month, and on my lease was $125, go figure. One year later, time to move out, FINALLY! So I had cleaned the apartment, and because I have 4 year old at home, I had the carpet professionally cleaned as there was a spill in the living room. Well guess what? After a move out I got a letter in the mail that I owe them $800 to replace the carpet, but wait, not in living room where the coke spill has been cleaned, but in the baby room! Seriously? The letter what I have received stated that there was a cat urine in that room. Ok, first, I don't own a cat, second its my baby room! Do you really think that I will have a cat to use bathroom in my baby room?!? Come on be real! After I have tried to fight them back they put me on collection, wow! So I had paid the monies to avoid hurting my credit and still trying to fight with them to get my monies back, well small claims court would have to assist. SO, no I'm not recommending this place, first the is a RAILROAD TRACK 200ft from the building so say ""bye, bye"" to your good night sleep.
