NO GOOD. See our BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT # 90080135 which states ?BBB did not find business made good faith effort to resolve complaint?. Broker Perry Coleman does not respond to emails. Property Manager Margie Kemmler firstly did not collect ALL the security deposit from the tenant like our contract states. She has lost keys to my property and told me to get them from the tenant. She charged me nearly $250 for paint that I did not authorize anyone to do. On more than one occasion, Margie has allowed the tenant to pay rent late and Margie chose not to collect late fees stating it was up to her to decide (not what our contract says) but had no problem charging me for certified letters. Margie was hired to manage the property but she made me initiate septic services and garage door repairs stating she could not get thru the automated systems. The $200 set aside for maintenance was never applied for maintenance issues but rather taken by Margie to pay for her future commissions after she was in breach of contract and canceled the management contract herself. I hired Century 21 Indian River Realty to manage my property while away on military PCS orders and thought a lawful contract would give me a piece of mind while away in another state, boy was I WRONG! She did not adhere to any part of our contract and even went against Florida Statutes. Our legal attorney wrote an official letter to the office stating the numerous breaches and how we recommend they remedy them and Mrs. Kemmler refused to consider our request and even stated that our attorney was harassing her with just that one letter. She's also threatened to play the harassment card to get my husband (not listed on the contract) in trouble with his commander. I STRONGLY URGE you to exercise other choices before choosing this company, they took my money illegally and unethically and I'm out hundreds of dollars! WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!! Show less
