To make a long story short they took my t.v. 4 times and never fixed a thing they would tell me one thing and turn around and tell samsung another they don't no what the hell they're doing at all i wouldn't tell even my worst enemy to take their t.v to them for one the guy that fixes them is like in his 70's and not that that is bad but he didn't even no how to play a dvd that i did of my t.v messing up i had to put it in their computer for him and play it cuz he didn't no what he was doing so now that i finally got throw to samsung that they didn't no what they were doing I'm taking my t.v some where else and i hope and pray they no what they are doing
