this testimonial directs attention to the outstanding service my daughter received in addressing a side mirror issue on her Toyota Corolla. H. Heaven showed genuine interest in trying to help her where the local Toyota dealership gave her a rather sterile book response to addressing her problem. In particular this testimonial gives Chuy, a Service Manager, special credit for addressing the matter in a sensitive and caring way. I would take all my cars there but I'm some 4 hours north of the facility so scheduling will be a bit of a challenge. Again, thank you H. Heaven for being customer sensitive.
