I have been going to H. Heaven for probably 20 years. I continue to go to them because they specialize in Honda, which is the vehicle I own, and I can generally rely on them to do a good quality job. I can count on that.
I also can trust the honesty of the maintenance that they feel I need. They are helpful as well. If the maintenance is going to take a long time they are willing to drive me someplace and then pick me up later. Their pricing is generally moderate; it is not really high, but it is also not really cheap. The price reflects the knowledge and ability of the repairs.
What I have not run across at H. Heaven is going in there for a repair and then a week or so later having to go back. I have never run into that situation.
