H Heaven Auto Repair Inc. have strong ethics, and they definitely walk the talk. They are astute business people and know how to get their customers to come back to them. They are company willing to work with the challenges this economy is causing. From the first time I walked through their door, they sat me down and asked me about my circumstances. I was completely honest and told them that I had a lot of personal issues going on from being recently laid off and having to job-hunt to dealing with serious illnesses in my family. They were willing to work with me and I went ahead and elected to have them work on my car. They let me know upfront what they could and couldn't do for me and allowed me to go at my own pace and what I could afford. I appreciated that our payment arrangement didn't affect my relationship with his staff. It's a family-owned shop, so everyone from his wife to his son all work there and are all very nice and professional.
After working on my car the first time, they knew my car backwards and forward. I have remained their customer all due to their wonderful sense of humor, their respect for their customers and the old-fashioned customer service they provide every time. They'll give me a ride to and from wherever I need to be. They really do what they can to make it a smooth process. They definitely have a great work ethic. I will continue to be a customer for life.
I first met Steve on the 405 freeway, on Beach Boulevard. We happened to be idling side to side for a long time. I rolled my window down and pointed to his sign and he rolled his window down and we started talking about his business. I didn't even know he was the owner, he was very humble. We had a good conversation, and I really appreciated the human touch and that's what brought me in, and that's what will keep me there. This company is real, with people that are compassionate, professional, full of integrity and have good, old-fashioned family values.
