Review content:
Do not use this driving school. When the online course was completed it stated that the required DMV certificate would be mailed within 1-2 weeks. After waiting 3 weeks my daughter went into Zion to ask and they said they would send it. 3 weeks later no certificate. When I went in, they said a parent is required to come in and sign for it and that they do not mail it. They could not explain why the course and the person my daughter spoke to contradicted this. There is no information on the website that explains how the certificates work, so how is a client supposed to now. Today at my daughter's driver's test, she was turned away because she did not have her behind the wheel completion certificate. The driving instructor signed her permit and said she was done. Turns out, once again, Zion failed to give us the required certificate and I had to go and get it. They never informed us of this protocol. They are incompetent and expensive. Someone is supposed to drive my daughter to the test and drive her around for an hour before, yet no one told me this even when I paid for the full package. They seem to only care about the money. Sadly, the driving instructor was very nice, patient and knowledgable. But it is not worth it due to the incompetent office personnel.
