Review content:
I grew up in and near Kansas City. I have a pretty good idea of what great tomato - based BBQ sauce should taste like. Dave's is the best North of Kansas City. The meat is cooked pretty well, too. Although, I would suggest the brisket or pulled pork if you are a die hard KC ribs fan and want that meat to fall right off the bone. Sorry Dave, but your ribs are not cooked THAT great. However if you are have a craving for BBQ ribs in Minnesota, Dave's is the best you will find.
Pros: BBQ sauce, ambience, service, quality, great amount of food for the price, you will never leave hungry
Cons: the BBQ ribs are not the best in the world, but they are the best in Minnesota
