All the reviews on here list Chanel and Chanel is no longer there. The woman I saw (Claudia) didn't speak English as well as would be helpful, and I don't speak Spanish, so there was a lot of hand gestures needed for communication. I knew this was not the kind of place I normally go to as soon as she asked if I wanted my hair washed, and when I said yes she asked if I wanted it before or after my cut. This is totally outside of my experience at a salon besides a Supercuts or Great Clips level of place. I was looking for a salon a tier or two higher than that.
Pros: Easy parking, friendly staff, easy to get an appointment
Cons: Family-run atmosphere, speaking a language I dont understand for a long time, definitely not an ""upscale"" salon by any means.
