I was a new rider and didn't know too much about motorcycles at the time, but I knew a decent amount about cars. From the beginning, Brian and Dean were super nice and informative. They were very concerned with my safety when recommending tires, and have been a huge resource to me as I have ridden over the past few years.
While every shop has it's niches (as the other review so perfectly depicts), Brian and Dean WILL look out for you. And if they can't work on your particular bike (this is not uncommon in motorcycle shops), they care about good quality and will point you in the right direction.
Finally, I like the care and quality that Mason's displays, and it is really important to me to support local, family run businesses, especially in this economy.
