I would not recommend anyone to this complex. The employees in the office are rude and hateful to you after you move in. Which makes you wonder what happened to their nice dispositions when moving in. The maintenance men do NOT know how to fix anything - unless it involves duct tape. And it takes several phone calls to the office before getting maintenance to come out. The apartments are very old and outdated. They have not been renovated since being built as they claim. And they are NOT energy efficient as advertised. The air conditioning unit has broken down at least 4 times this season. Just a very disgusting place. We will NOT be renewing our lease at the 1st of the year. There's a VERY nice apartment complex right next door that is located just west of this complex. Upon looking at other apartments/properties in the area and mentioning that we live in WaterDance, I've been informed that there was a large meth bust here not too long ago and also that they have multiple complaints with the local Board of Health. Do yourself a huge favor and pass this complex up.
Pros: A roof over your head.
