I went here years ago for laser hair removal and was pleased with results. I have also been here for Botox in the past without any issues. Recently, I had an IPL facial treatment for $250 and then another $250 for laser hair removal in the bikini area. I got zero results on the hair removal. Hair should just wipe off if the correct setting is used, it did not. I waited a few days and I was asked to drive over so she could see my lack of results. She agreed a stronger setting was needed and was told it was too soon to do it that day. I was shocked she did not make things better after having me drive over.
I then called a clinic in Sandy Springs and they did a wonderful job. My big issue with the Skin Care Clinic is the rudeness after I called 7 weeks later to ask if I could swap my service for another and was not only told no but was told the ""touch up"" was only good for 2 weeks after the appointment. I thought I was being kind by not demanding a refund. Save your $$$ this place is not trying to help customers just trying to help themselves by having you return more times than necessary.
