Mike Bailes did an outstanding job helping us out with this problem. He is our go to person with both our vehicles and he always does a great job. But this time I called him in a panic as the Matrix just quit unexpectedly and Mike helped me remain calm and handle things over the phone. Mike is outstanding and quite frankly one of the main reasons we keep coming back I truly trust him to do the right thing for us and he always comes through. He is an outstanding asset to your team.
