I was quoted close to $1000.00 for car alarms and window tinting on two vechicles. So my husband went in the following day to get more info all together. They told him to bring his vehicle back in 10 minutes and they were going to start with getting his speakers hooked up. We came back 10 minutes later and then they said they didn't have enough time to do it before they closed. We own a few small businesses here in Indianapolis and we were MORE THAN WILLING to invest $1500.00 in both vehicles today. We would have been happy to refer them on our websites and to our customers. Now we will make it a point to let everyone we know that the service here is horrible! This guy tried to tell my husband, who just so happens to have owned a car audio/detail/paintbody shop that he had to ""cut the door frame"" to make the speakers fit. My husband and I ended up going to Best Buy and finding Pioneer speakers (this place wanted to install Clarion) for 50% off ALL speakers. We installed speakers on BOTH of our vehicles, rewired my radio and NEVER had to cut ANYTHING from the door frame of his truck like he was told. Total Cost??? Well this place originally quoted me (I happened to write it on the card he gave me) $110.00 Front Clarion speakers and rewire radio and new clarion rear speakers $165.00 + tax.Our actual cost: $150.00 4 sets of Pioneer speakers. My husband replaced all four speakers in his truck. It took him only 1 hour. He also replaced the door panel lights while he was at it. These guys said that with two people they couldn't install his truck speakers in 30 minutes because they had to do all these ""cuts in the door panel"". He had quoted my husband almost 50.00 MORE than he told me the day before! I would just take my vehicle somewhere else. I'd have to agree with what a few people have said about them when I tell my story. In about a year, they'll most likely be shut down. If something goes wrong later down the line, they won't be around to honor the warranties. Pros: NOTHING! RUDE!!!!! Cons: My review speaks volumes!
